Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Straight Wall Full Height Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit — 120"W x 90"H, No Setup Charge
A complete full-height booth wall measuring 120" wide by 90" high: aluminum pop-up frame, dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic printed edge to edge, and a soft carry case. It assembles by hand with no tools and carries no setup charge.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, conference and career fairs, product launches, retail and mall promotions, showrooms, lobby and reception backdrops, and press or interview backgrounds.
Fills the Standard Booth
Ten feet is the standard inline booth width at most shows, so this wall fills your back wall completely — no gaps at the sides where a neighbour's setup shows through.
At 90 inches tall it also reads as architecture rather than signage, which is what separates a stand that looks built from one that looks assembled from parts.
Wrinkle-Free Across a Wide Span
The premium stretch fabric tensions taut across the full ten feet, so creases from folding relax out on their own rather than needing a steamer on site.
That matters most at this width — a crease across a wide wall catches the light and is visible from the far side of the hall.
Edge-to-Edge Graphics, No Visible Frame
Printing covers the entire face with no border and no exposed hardware across the front, so the wall reads as one continuous panel of artwork.
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, giving a matte surface that photographs cleanly under booth lighting and has nothing on it to crack or peel.
No-Tool Assembly, Case Included
The aluminum frame pops up and locks by hand in minutes — a ten-foot wall that one or two people can raise without instructions or a toolbox.
A soft carry case is included, and the graphic is replaceable, so the frame carries a new campaign each season rather than being retired with the artwork.
