Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Straight Wall Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit with Wrap End Caps — 120"W x 90"H, No Setup Charge
The 120" x 90" booth wall upgraded with wrap end caps, so the graphic continues around the sides instead of stopping at the front face. Aluminum pop-up frame, dye-sublimated tension fabric, and carry case included, with no setup charge.
Ideal for corner and aisle-end booths, island layouts, conference and career fairs, retail and mall floors, showrooms, product launches, and press backdrops seen from more than one angle.
Wrap End Caps Finish Both Sides
A straight wall without end caps shows bare frame down each edge. The wrap caps carry the print around the depth of the frame, so the display looks finished from every approach rather than only head-on.
Specify them for corner and aisle-end positions, or anywhere visitors reach the wall from the side first — an exposed edge is what makes an otherwise good booth look unfinished.
Ten Feet Anchors the Booth
Ten feet is the standard inline booth width, so the wall fills the back of the stand completely with no gaps where a neighbour's setup shows through.
At 90 inches tall it reads as architecture rather than signage — the difference between a stand that looks built and one that looks assembled.
Edge-to-Edge Sublimated Graphics
Printing covers the full face and the wrapped sides with no border and no exposed hardware, so the whole display reads as one continuous panel of artwork.
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres, giving a matte face that photographs cleanly and will not crack or peel with repeated use.
Tension Fabric, Tool-Free Frame
The premium stretch fabric pulls taut across the full ten feet so folding creases relax out without steaming, and the aluminum frame pops up and locks by hand in minutes.
Replacement graphics are available separately, so the frame refreshes with each campaign instead of being replaced alongside it.
