Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

7.5' Straight Wall Full Height Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit — No Setup Charge
A complete full-height booth wall: aluminum pop-up frame measuring roughly 90" wide, 90" high, and 12" deep, a dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic printed edge to edge, and a soft carry case. It assembles by hand with no tools and carries no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and career fairs, product launches, retail and mall promotions, showrooms, lobby and reception backdrops, and photo or interview backgrounds in smaller spaces.
Full Height in a Compact Footprint
At 90 inches tall the wall reaches full standing backdrop height, but at 7.5 feet wide it fits booths and corners where a ten-foot wall simply will not go.
That combination suits inline booths with awkward dimensions, shared spaces, and retail floors — you get a proper wall rather than a tall banner standing in for one.
Edge-to-Edge Graphics, No Visible Hardware
The printed fabric covers the entire face with no border and no exposed frame across the front, so the wall reads as a single panel of artwork.
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres, so the surface is matte under venue lighting, photographs cleanly, and has nothing on it to crack or peel.
Tension Fabric Hangs Wrinkle-Free
The premium stretch fabric tensions taut across the frame, so folding creases relax out as it goes on rather than needing a steamer on site.
A wall that arrives folded in a case and still looks flat is the whole point of tension fabric over rigid panels.
No-Tool Assembly, Case Included
The aluminum frame pops up and locks by hand in minutes, so any staff member can set it up without instructions or a toolbox.
A soft carry case is included, and the graphic is replaceable — so one frame can carry a new campaign each season instead of being replaced with the artwork.
