Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

7.5' Straight Wall Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit with Wrap End Caps — No Setup Charge
The same full-height 7.5' booth wall, upgraded with wrap end caps so the graphic continues around the 12" deep sides instead of stopping at the front face. Aluminum pop-up frame, dye-sublimated tension fabric, and carry case included, with no setup charge.
Ideal for corner and aisle-end booths, island layouts, conference and career fairs, retail and mall floors, showrooms, product launches, and photo or interview backdrops seen from more than one angle.
Wrap End Caps Finish the Sides
Without end caps a straight wall shows bare frame down each side. The wrap caps carry the print around the full 12 inches of depth, so the display looks finished from every approach.
Specify them whenever the wall sits at the end of an aisle, on a corner, or anywhere visitors reach it from the side before they see the front — the exposed edge is what makes a booth look unfinished.
Full Height, Compact Width
At 90 inches tall the wall reaches full standing backdrop height, and at 7.5 feet wide it fits booths and corners a ten-foot wall cannot.
You get a genuine wall rather than a tall banner filling in for one, in a footprint that still leaves room for staff and product.
Edge-to-Edge Sublimated Graphics
Printing covers the entire face and the wrapped sides with no border and no exposed hardware, so the wall reads as one continuous panel of artwork.
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, giving a matte face that photographs cleanly and has nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
Tool-Free Frame, Replaceable Graphics
The aluminum frame pops up and locks by hand in minutes, and the tension fabric pulls taut so folding creases relax out without steaming.
Replacement graphics are available separately, so the frame carries new artwork each season rather than being replaced along with the campaign.
