Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Half Side Wall for 10' x 10' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Single Sided Print
A printed 10' x 4' half wall for our 10' x 10' tent, sublimated full bleed on one face and fitted with hook-and-loop straps for the hexagon-lock frame. Tent frame and canopy are not included — this is an accessory for a tent you already own.
Ideal for sampling and demo tents, registration and check-in points, ticket and merchandise sales, food and beverage service, sponsor activations, markets, and any setup where the counter line needs branding but the booth must stay open.
Brands the Booth Without Closing It
A half wall covers the lower four feet, so it defines the edge of your space and gives you a printed surface at waist height while leaving the sightline above completely open.
Visitors can still see your staff and your product from across the site — which a full side wall closes off entirely.
Doubles as a Service Counter Line
At four feet high the wall sits at the natural barrier between staff and visitors, so it works as the front of a service line for sampling, sales, or registration.
It also hides the boxes, cabling, and stock that accumulate along the inside edge of a working tent.
Attaches in Seconds
Hook-and-loop straps wrap the hexagon-lock frame legs and rails, so the wall goes on and comes off by hand in seconds with no tools and no hardware to lose.
That means you can add or remove it as the day changes — open for the morning rush, walled for the afternoon wind.
600D Polyester, Flame Retardant
The wall is produced from the same premium 600 denier polyester as our canopies, water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture.
It is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements, which many trade shows, convention centres, schools, and indoor venues require before load-in. If you want branding facing inward as well, the double-sided version prints both faces.
