Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Half Side Wall for 10' x 10' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Double Sided Print
A printed 10' x 4' half wall for our 10' x 10' tent, sublimated full bleed on both faces and fitted with hook-and-loop straps for the hexagon-lock frame. Tent frame and canopy are not included — this is an accessory for a tent you already own.
Ideal for sampling and demo tents, registration and check-in, ticket and merchandise sales, food and beverage service, sponsor activations, markets, and setups where visitors and staff both see the wall.
Brands Inside and Outside
Both faces print, so the wall works on the public side and the working side at once — no blank grey back facing your own staff and photographs.
That matters at any tent with people inside it all day: the inward face is the backdrop to every conversation, sample handed over, and photo taken under the canopy.
Two Different Messages if You Want Them
The faces do not have to match. Run the brand outward to attract visitors and something practical inward — pricing, menu, process steps, sponsor credits, or staff instructions.
One panel then does the work of a sign and a backdrop, which saves both budget and floor space.
Open Sightlines, Defined Edge
Covering the lower four feet defines the boundary of your space and gives you a printed surface at waist height while leaving the view above open.
It also conceals the boxes, cabling, and stock that collect along the inside edge of a working tent.
Attaches in Seconds, Weather Ready
Hook-and-loop straps wrap the hexagon-lock frame by hand in seconds — no tools, no hardware to lose — so the wall goes on and off as the day changes.
The premium 600 denier polyester is water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture, and is flame retardant to NFPA 701 Test 1 for venues that require certification. A single-sided version is available if only the outward face is ever seen.
