For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.

Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Full Back Wall for 10' x 10' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Double-Sided Print
A fully sublimated back wall for your 10' x 10' tent kit, printed full bleed on both sides. Two large branded surfaces instead of one — and they can carry two completely different messages.
Ideal for outdoor and indoor events, sporting events, parking lot activations, product launches, corporate parties, weddings, school and university fairs, races, and warehouse sales.
Two Sides, Two Different Messages
Each face is printed full bleed and can differ — brand outward, and a sponsor panel, product message, or price list inward, doubling sponsor inventory.
Velcro on Both Sides — Face Either Way
Velcro along the top on both sides lets either graphic face outward, decided on site.
Branding, Privacy, and Weather Protection
The wall also screens off stock and staff areas and blocks rain, snow, and wind from one side.
600 Denier Water-Resistant Polyester
Premium 600 denier water-resistant polyester is dye-sublimated full bleed on both sides, with no unprinted margin.
Flame Retardant — NFPA 701 Test 1
The back wall is flame retardant and certified to NFPA 701 Test 1, which is what indoor venues, convention centres, and municipal event permits ask for.
Unlimited Design Options
Photography, gradients, patterns, sponsor rows, and full-bleed colour fields all reproduce cleanly in any PMS colour, and colour count makes no difference to the price — on one side or two. Maximum imprint is full colour, full bleed, both sides — see the Art Template. A single-sided version is also available.
