Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

10' Premium Tent Canopy Only — Full Bleed Dye-Sublimation, Frame Not Included
A custom-printed 10' x 10' canopy, dye-sublimated full colour and full bleed across all four sides. The frame is not included, making this the order if you already own a 10' frame, are replacing a worn or dated top, or want a second printed canopy so one frame can carry two campaigns.
Ideal for outdoor and indoor events, sporting events and tournaments, parking lot and sidewalk promotions, festivals and markets, sponsor activations, school and community events, and product launches.
Full Bleed on All Four Sides
Printing runs edge to edge across every panel and down the valances, so there is no white border and no unbranded face. Whichever direction visitors approach from, they see your artwork.
A tent roof is the largest single surface most exhibitors own, and it sits above the crowd where nothing blocks it — leaving any of it blank gives up the best signage position on the site.
Dye-Sublimation Bonds Ink Into the Fabric
Sublimation transfers ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface, so colours stay saturated, the fabric stays soft, and there is nothing to crack, flake, or peel after a season of folding and packing.
It is also why a printed canopy can be packed damp and creased and still look right when it comes back out of the bag.
Premium 600D Polyester, Water Resistant
The canopy is produced from premium 600 denier polyester engineered for repeated event use, water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture.
Reinforced premium stitching adds strength at the corners and other high-stress areas — the points that fail first on a canopy that lives outdoors.
Flame Retardant, NFPA 701 Test 1
The canopy is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements — an important consideration for many trade shows, convention centres, schools, universities, and indoor venues that require certification before load-in.
Frame Sold Separately
This price covers the printed canopy only. It is cut for our 10' premium tent, SU758, whose 40mm anodized aluminum frame is available separately. Tent tops are size-specific, so confirm your frame is 10' x 10' before ordering.
