Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

20' Premium Sublimated Tent Kit — Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame and Canopy
Twenty feet of branded cover — our largest event canopy, built to command an outdoor venue and shelter a crowd underneath it. Full-colour sublimated graphics wrap every side, so the tent works as signage from across a field and as functional shade once people arrive.
Ideal for large sporting events, festivals, beer gardens, hospitality and VIP areas, corporate picnics, tournament headquarters, multi-station activations, and any event that needs one large branded structure instead of several small ones.
A 20' Canopy That Dominates the Space
At twenty feet, the canopy is visible from the far side of a field or parking lot and becomes the natural landmark people navigate toward.
The large covered area supports multiple activities under one roof — registration and check-in, product display, seating, food and beverage service, or a full hospitality area — rather than forcing you to run several separate tents.
Full-Colour Sublimation, All Sides
Artwork is dye-sublimated directly into the canopy fabric across the top and the valances, giving you an enormous printable surface for logos, sponsor panels, photography, and messaging.

Durable Outdoor Construction
The canopy uses water-resistant polyester built for repeated outdoor use, providing real protection from sun and rain across a long event day.
It is flame retardant, an important requirement for many festivals, municipal permits, and indoor arena or convention centre installations.
Heavy-Duty 40mm Aluminum Frame
The premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame is engineered to carry the longer spans a 20' canopy demands while staying manageable to transport.
Given the size, plan on a crew of several people for setup and use appropriate weights or stakes for the surface you are on — a canopy this large catches significantly more wind than a 10' tent.
What's Included in This Kit
This kit includes the premium 40mm aluminum frame and the custom sublimated canopy. Ground stakes, weights, and wheeled transport bags are not included and can be added separately.
