Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

- Parts and labor for covered defects in material and workmanship
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

Premium 10' Sublimated Tent & Double-Sided Backwall Package
Create a complete professional event space with our premium 10' sublimated tent and full double-sided backwall package. The 10' x 10' tent provides outstanding visibility for your brand, while the full backwall adds privacy and a large additional area for custom graphics, sponsor logos, promotional messaging, and photography.
Ideal for sporting events, golf tournaments, trade shows, festivals, corporate events, schools, product launches, races, sponsorship activations, community events, and promotional displays.
Full-Color, Edge-to-Edge Sublimation
Your custom graphics are dye-sublimated directly into premium 600 denier polyester fabric for vibrant, high-resolution color and a professional finish.
The canopy starts as white fabric and is custom sublimated with your artwork. Full-bleed printing is available across all four sides, including the top canopy and valances, giving you virtually unlimited possibilities for logos, colors, photography, patterns, sponsor branding, and promotional messaging.
The full backwall is also sublimated in full color and full bleed on both sides, giving you an additional high-impact branding surface that can be viewed from either direction. See the Art Templates for exact artwork specifications.
Full Double-Sided Backwall
The included full backwall transforms the tent into a more complete branded environment while providing additional privacy behind your display, staff, products, equipment, or storage area.
Both sides of the backwall are custom printed, allowing you to use the same design on both sides or create completely different artwork for each side.
The double-sided backwall is reversible, giving you the flexibility to change which graphics face inward or outward depending on your event setup, audience, or promotional message.
More Branding & More Privacy
The large full-width backwall gives you considerably more advertising space than a canopy alone, making it an excellent place for primary branding, sponsor logos, product imagery, campaign messaging, or event information.
It also helps conceal supplies, equipment, storage, and activity behind your booth, creating a cleaner and more professional presentation from the front.
Because the wall is printed on both sides, your branding can remain visible inside the tent as well as from behind the display, depending on how you choose to configure it.
Premium 600D Polyester
The canopy is constructed from durable 600 denier polyester fabric designed for repeated event use. The material is water resistant and helps provide protection against rain and other outdoor elements.
Reinforced premium stitching provides additional strength and durability in key areas of the canopy.
The canopy is also flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements, an important consideration for many trade shows, convention centers, schools, universities, and indoor event venues.
Premium 40mm Aluminum Frame
This package includes our premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame with durable hexagon-shaped legs for added strength and stability.
The legs feature plastic levers for pinch-free height adjustment, helping make setup and adjustment more convenient during events.
The crank-up style design creates a clean, sleek appearance, while the collapsible aluminum frame makes the tent easier to transport and store between events.
Complete Tent Package
