Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

10' Premium Sublimated Tent Kit — Frame, Canopy, Wheeled Case and Grass Stake Kit
One of our best-selling displays, and the most complete tent we make: premium 40mm anodized aluminum hexagon-leg frame, full-colour sublimated 10' x 10' canopy, premium wheeled carry case, and grass stake kit. Arrive, set up, brand the space, pack down — nothing to source separately.
Ideal for sporting events and tournaments, trade shows, festivals and markets, races and marathons, parking lot and sidewalk promotions, sponsor activations, corporate events, schools and universities, and promotional activations of every kind.
Full Bleed Printing on All Four Sides
The canopy is dye-sublimated in full colour with full-bleed printing across all four sides, including the top canopy and the valances — no white borders and no unbranded face.
That gives you effectively unlimited scope for logos, brand colours, photography, sponsor blocks, and custom artwork, whichever direction visitors approach from.
Commercial-Grade 40mm Hex Aluminum Frame
This is our premium hardware, not an economy frame: 40mm anodized aluminum that stays commercial-grade while being far easier to transport and handle than steel. Anodizing gives a hard, corrosion-resistant surface — worth having on a frame that goes up outdoors and gets packed away damp.
The legs are hexagonal rather than round, a profile that resists flex and twisting better than a plain tube of the same weight, and the crank-up design adjusts height and levelling quickly on site.
600 Denier Polyester, Flame Retardant
The canopy is produced from premium 600 denier polyester with reinforced stitching at the corners and other high-stress points — the places that fail first on a canopy that lives outdoors. The material is water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture.
It is also flame retardant to NFPA 701 Test 1, which many trade shows, convention centres, schools, and indoor venues require before load-in — so the same tent works indoors and out.
Tool-Free Setup, Wheeled Case Included
The frame goes up without tools, so any event crew can manage it. The premium wheeled carry case means one person can move the whole kit across a parking lot or through a venue rather than wrestling it.
The grass stake kit is included for anchoring on soil or turf, so there are no weights to buy separately for outdoor use.
Production Times
Standard production is 5 business days, with 72-hour, 48-hour, and 24-hour options available when the event date will not wait.
