Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

16' X-Large Tear Drop Flag Kit — Double Sided Graphics, Spike Base and Bag Included
A complete outdoor flag in the largest teardrop size: printed double-sided graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag. Nothing else needs to be bought.
Ideal for highway-facing locations, car dealerships, large lots and campuses, festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, races, hospitality venues, and major grand openings.
Sixteen Feet of Sweeping Curve
At sixteen feet the teardrop towers over crowds, vehicles, and neighbouring signage, and the long curve of the outline draws the eye upward along the full height of the flag.
Among the straight blades that make up most flag installations, a curve at this scale is the shape that gets looked at — presence without the hard edges.
Double-Sided Print Throughout
Artwork prints full colour across both faces, with a grey blocker layer between them so neither side bleeds through.
Both faces stay opaque and correctly oriented, so a flag placed beside a road or a walkway works on traffic coming from either direction.
Carbon Composite Poles for a Tall Flag
The included carbon composite fibreglass poles flex with a gust and return straight instead of taking the permanent bend aluminum acquires — and wind load climbs steeply at this height.
The bow keeps the fabric travelling too, and movement at sixteen feet is visible from a long way off.
Weather Resistant Through Full Seasons
The graphic is dye-sublimated on 110gsm polyester with UV-protected inks bonded into the fibres, so the print withstands a full season of sun and rain.
The flag is machine washable, so a season of exposure does not end its service life.
Spike Base and Bag Included
The ground spike base drives into grass or soil and anchors the flag without weights or tools — drive it fully at this height. The carry bag holds the sectional poles for transport and indoor storage, and replacement graphics for this size are available separately.
