Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

FIEL provides a 90-day warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 90-Day Product Hardware Warranty.

Eligible product hardware is covered for 90 days against defects in material and workmanship.

What Is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship affecting eligible product hardware during the 90-day warranty period.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Improper use or handling
- Normal wear and tear

19' X-Large Feather Flag Kit — Double Sided Graphics, Spike Base and Bag Included
Our tallest complete flag: printed double-sided feather graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag. At nineteen feet it is a landmark people navigate by.
Ideal for highway-facing sites, car dealerships, festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, races, campuses, and major grand openings.
Landmark Visibility, Maximum Print Area
At nineteen feet the flag clears vehicles, crowds, tents, and nearly every other flag on site, reading from the highway or across a parking lot. It is also our largest flag print area, with room for a logo, headline, and wayfinding label.
Double-Sided With Grey Blocker Backing
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side ghosts through — at this scale a mirrored logo would be legible from a distance.
Carbon Composite Poles Handle Extreme Height
Wind load rises sharply with height, so the carbon composite fibreglass poles flex with a gust and return straight, standing through exposed, breezy conditions season after season.
UV-Protected Inks Hold Colour Outdoors
The graphic is dye-sublimated on 110gsm polyester with UV-protected inks, so full sun does not wash out the colour. It is weather resistant and machine washable.
Spike Base and Bag Included
The ground spike base drives into grass or soil without weights or tools — drive it to full depth in firm ground, as the anchor carries more leverage at this height. The carry bag holds the sectional poles; replacement graphics are sold separately.
