Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.

90-Day Product Hardware Warranty
FIEL provides a 90-day warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 90-Day Product Hardware Warranty.

Eligible product hardware is covered for 90 days against defects in material and workmanship.
Because warranty coverage varies by product, this warranty applies only when the individual product page specifically identifies the 90-Day Product Hardware Warranty.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship affecting eligible product hardware during the 90-day warranty period.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Improper use or handling
- Normal wear and tear

15' Large Double-Sided Feather Flag Kit
Our 15' Large Double-Sided Feather Flag Kit stands approximately 15' tall with full-color graphics on both sides, premium composite poles, an outdoor spike base, an indoor/outdoor cross base, and a carry bag.
Ideal for storefronts, sporting events, festivals, grand openings, trade shows, warehouse sales, pop-up stores, and sponsorship activations.
Full-Color Graphics on Both Sides
Your graphics are dye-sublimated in full color and high resolution on premium 110 GSM polyester, on both sides — not a reverse show-through — with the same or different artwork on each. Maximum imprint area is 29" x 148"L per side.
Grey Blocker Between Printed Sides
A grey blocker between the two printed sides prevents print shadowing and show-through.
Premium 110 GSM Polyester Flag
UV-protected inks stand up to repeated outdoor use, and the flag is machine washable.
15' High-Visibility Display
The display stands approximately 15' tall with about 12.5' of flag graphics, rising above people, vehicles, and surrounding displays.
Premium Composite Pole System
Aviation-grade fiberglass carbon composite poles give strong, flexible support, with reinforced connections and pole ends, and store in the included carry bag.
Outdoor Spike Base Included
A chrome steel spike base with ball-bearing rotation anchors the flag in grass and soil.
Indoor / Outdoor Cross Base Included
