Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

A complete outdoor flag: printed double-sided teardrop graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag — ready for immediate deployment with nothing else to buy.

A Large Curve Draws the Eye Upward
At 13.5 feet the teardrop presents a wide, sweeping panel of colour above vehicles, crowds, and fencing — a large block of brand rather than a narrow strip, with the curve leading the eye up the full height.

Double-Sided Print, Read From Any Direction
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side shows through the other and text reads correctly from any approach.
On a flag with this much surface area, show-through would be visible from as far away as the artwork — the blocker is what prevents it.
Carbon Composite Poles Survive Gusty Days
The included carbon composite fibreglass poles flex with a gust and return straight instead of taking the permanent bend aluminum acquires.
On a large teardrop that flex is what keeps the flag standing through an exposed, breezy afternoon — and keeps the fabric moving, which is what catches the eye.
UV-Protected, Machine Washable
The graphic is dye-sublimated on 110gsm polyester with UV-protected inks bonded into the fibres, so the colour holds through a full season outdoors.
The flag is weather resistant and machine washable, so it can run for several seasons rather than one.
Spike Base and Bag Included
The ground spike base drives into grass or soil and anchors the flag without weights or tools, and the carry bag holds the sectional poles for transport and storage. Replacement graphics for this size are available separately, so the hardware carries a new message each season.
