Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

7.5' X-Small Tear Drop Flag Kit — Double-Sided Full Colour Graphics, Outdoor Spike Base and Bag Included
A complete 7.5' tear drop flag kit — flag, aviation-grade pole set, outdoor spike base, and carry bag. Printed full colour on both sides, in the shape that holds its form even when the wind drops.
Ideal for storefronts and business locations, grand openings, sales and warehouse events, pop-up stores, open houses, trade shows, and outdoor events.
Tear Drop Shape Stays Readable in Still Air
The tear drop is tensioned around a curved pole, so the fabric stays taut and the artwork stays legible whether there is a breeze or not.
That makes it the more reliable choice for indoor use and sheltered frontage, where a feather flag hangs limp against its pole. Its wider profile also suits logos and short messages better than a tall narrow flag.
Everything in One Kit
The kit includes the printed flag, the pole set, an outdoor spike base for grass or soil, and a carry bag. The poles are aviation-grade fiberglass carbon composite, which lets the flag flex in wind rather than snap at a joint.
Double-Sided with a Grey Blocker
Graphics are printed in high-resolution sublimation on both sides of premium 110gsm polyester, with a grey blocker layer between the two faces.
The blocker stops the reverse print showing through and reading backwards — the difference between a genuinely double-sided flag and a ghost image on each face. Maximum imprint area is 27.1"W x 58"H, front and back.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so photography, gradients, patterns, and multi-colour logos all print cleanly. Colour count makes no difference to the price. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
