Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Replacement Graphics for 5'W x 90"H EuroFit Floor Banner — Double Sided Slip-On Cover
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our widest EuroFit tension fabric floor banner, 5' x 90", printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to renew a frame you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths and island layouts, conference stages, retail floors and mall concourses, showrooms, lobby displays, product launches, and open positions where the banner is the whole display. No setup charge applies.
Five Feet Maximises the Print Area
Five feet by 90 inches is the largest printable face in the floor banner range — close to a small backdrop, with room for a full campaign image rather than a logo and a line.
Renewing that face is what keeps the display current, and it costs a fraction of replacing a unit whose frame and steel base are still perfectly good.
Changes the Campaign Look Fast
The cover pulls over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed — no clips, no tools, minutes rather than an afternoon.
Hold two or three covers for one frame and the same banner can front a trade show, a recruitment drive, and a seasonal promotion without anything else being bought.
Double-Sided for Open Floors
Both faces are printed, so an island or concourse position reads from every direction of approach rather than turning a blank back to half the room.
Run one design across both sides, or split them — brand facing the aisle, offer or detail facing into the stand.
Premium Fabric, Tensioned Flat
The premium stretch polyester pulls taut across five feet of face, and creases from folding relax out under that tension — so a large panel travels folded and still arrives looking smooth.
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres, so colour stays saturated, the face reads matte under spotlights, and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel.

This cover is cut and sewn for our 5' x 90" EuroFit floor banner, SU738. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame width and height before ordering.
