Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 4'W x 90"H EuroFit Floor Banner — Double Sided Slip-On Cover
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 4' x 90" EuroFit tension fabric floor banner, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to renew the widest banner in the range without replacing the frame.
Ideal for trade show booths and island layouts, conference stages, retail floors and mall concourses, showrooms, lobby displays, product launches, and open-plan positions where the banner stands on its own. No setup charge applies.
Four Feet Widens the Visual Presence
At four feet the panel is large enough to hold a position by itself — it does not need a wall behind it or another display beside it to look deliberate.
A new cover keeps that standalone presence current, which is worth more here than on the narrow widths: this is often the only display on the floor.
Double-Sided Suits Open Floor Plans
Both faces are printed, so an island or concourse position reads from every direction of approach instead of turning a blank back to half the room.
Run one design across both sides, or split them — brand to the aisle, offer or detail facing into the stand.
Pulls On Quickly, Tensions Flat
The cover slips over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, pulling the premium stretch polyester taut across four feet of face without clips or tools.
Folding creases relax out under tension, so a large panel still packs into a case and arrives looking smooth.
Cheaper Than Replacing the Unit
The aluminum frame and weighted steel base are the durable, expensive half of the banner. The sleeve is the half that dates.
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, so a new cover comes back saturated, matte under lighting, and with nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU737 Floor Banner
This cover is cut and sewn for our 4' x 90" EuroFit floor banner, SU737. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame width and height before ordering.
