Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 3'W x 90"H EuroFit Floor Banner — Double Sided Slip-On Cover
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 3' x 90" EuroFit tension fabric floor banner, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to put fresh artwork on a frame you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference stages and registration, retail floors and mall concourses, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs. No setup charge applies.
Three Feet Adds Messaging Room
Three feet of width is the point where a floor banner can hold a headline, a short list of benefits, or a product image at a size people read from a distance — not just a logo.
You get that print area on a footprint still slim enough for a booth or a walkway position.
Cheaper Than a New Banner
The aluminum frame and steel base are the durable half of the unit; the sleeve is the half that dates and takes the knocks.
Replacing only the cover restores the display for a fraction of a complete banner, and lets you hold two or three designs for one frame.
Stays Taut and Smooth
The cover slips over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, pulling the premium stretch polyester tight across the face with no clips or tools.
Creases from folding relax out under that tension, so the panel travels folded and still arrives looking flat.
Dye-Sublimated, Holds Colour
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface, so colours stay saturated, the face reads matte under spotlights, and there is nothing to crack or peel.
Both faces are printed, so an open floor position works from either direction — with matching artwork or two different messages.

This cover is cut and sewn for our 3' x 90" EuroFit floor banner, SU736. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame width and height before ordering.
