Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 2'W x 90"H EuroFit Floor Banner — Double Sided Slip-On Cover
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 2' x 90" EuroFit tension fabric floor banner, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to refresh a banner frame you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference registration, retail floors and mall concourses, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and narrow positions beside doorways or aisle ends. No setup charge applies.
Renews a Narrow Banner Cheaply
The frame and steel base are the parts that last; the printed sleeve is the part that dates or picks up damage in transit.
A new cover restores the display for a fraction of a complete unit, so the hardware keeps working across campaigns rather than being replaced with the artwork.
Both Faces Reach Passing Traffic
A floor banner usually stands in a walkway rather than against a wall, and a narrow panel is often passed on both sides.
Printing both faces means it works in either direction — same design twice, or a promotion one side and wayfinding on the other.
Full Height on a Slim Footprint
Two feet wide by 90 inches tall gives standing-height visibility on a footprint narrow enough to leave a traffic route clear.
It is the format for the positions nothing else fits — beside a doorway, at the end of an aisle, in the gap between a counter and a wall.
Installs Without Tools
The cover pulls over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, tensioning the premium stretch polyester taut as it goes on.
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, so colour holds, the face reads matte under lighting, and folding creases relax out without steaming.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU735 Floor Banner
This cover is cut and sewn for our 2' x 90" EuroFit floor banner, SU735. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame width and height before ordering.
