Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10'W x 8'H EuroFit Wall — Double Sided Slip-On Cover, No Setup Charge
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 10' x 8' EuroFit tension fabric wall, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to put a new campaign on a backwall frame you already own.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, exhibition backdrops, conference stages, press and photo backdrops, retail and mall activations, showrooms, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Fills the Standard Booth Width
Ten feet is the standard inline booth width at most shows, so this cover spans the back of the stand edge to edge with no gaps at the sides and no borrowed pipe and drape showing through.
A full-width graphic is what makes a booth look booked rather than assembled — and refreshing the cover is how you keep that impression current.
Swaps In Minutes
The cover pulls over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed. No clips, no tools, and no need to take the hardware apart.
That is what makes holding two or three covers for one frame worthwhile — the wall can carry a different message to every show without a rebuild.
Different Artwork Each Side
Both faces are printed and they need not match, so the same wall serves as an inline backdrop one week and a double-facing island divider the next.
Brand to the aisle, detail into the stand — or two entirely separate campaigns on one piece of hardware.
Tensions Flat, Photographs Matte
The premium stretch polyester tensions taut across the full ten-foot width as the cover goes on, so folding creases relax out without steaming.
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres, holding colour even across the width and keeping the face matte under hall lighting and camera flash.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU734 Wall
This cover is cut and sewn for our 10' x 8' EuroFit wall display, SU734. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame size before ordering, since the 8' and 10' walls are not interchangeable.
