Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 8'W x 8'H EuroFit Wall — Double Sided Slip-On Cover, No Setup Charge
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 8' x 8' EuroFit tension fabric wall, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a cover that has been marked up over a season of shows.
Ideal for trade show booths, exhibition backdrops, conference stages, press and photo backdrops, retail and mall activations, showrooms, and lobby installations. No setup charge applies.
Renews the Whole Booth Wall
The frame is the durable, expensive half of a backwall; the printed cover is the half that dates and takes the damage. Replacing the cover gives you a visually new booth for a fraction of a complete kit.
On a panel this size that saving is substantial — and it means a scuffed or superseded graphic is never a reason to retire good hardware.
Double-Sided Serves Two Layouts
Both faces are printed, so the same wall works as a backdrop in an inline booth and as a divider or double-facing panel in an island or open layout.
Run one design across both sides, or split them — brand facing the aisle, product or offer detail facing into the stand.
Pillowcase Fit Stretches Perfectly Smooth
The cover pulls over the assembled frame and zips closed, tensioning the premium stretch polyester taut across the full eight-foot face — no clips, no tools, no dismantling.
Folding creases relax out under that tension, so a wall-sized graphic still travels folded in a case and arrives looking flat.
Dye-Sublimated, Photographs Matte
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface, so colour stays consistent across the full width and the face reads matte under hall lighting and camera flash.
That matters on a backwall, where every photo taken in the booth carries the graphic and a gloss hot spot across your logo spoils the shot.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU733 Wall
This cover is cut and sewn for our 8' x 8' EuroFit wall display, SU733. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame size before ordering, since the 8' and 10' walls are not interchangeable.
