Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 3'W x 96"H EuroFit Wall — Double Sided Slip-On Cover, No Setup Charge
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 3' x 96" EuroFit tension fabric display, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to put new artwork on a frame you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference stages and registration, retail floors and mall concourses, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, and busy halls where the message has to clear the crowd. No setup charge applies.
Ninety-Six Inches Lifts the Message Higher
At eight feet tall the top third of the panel sits well above standing head height — the part of a display that still reads across a crowded hall when the lower half is hidden by people.
The extra height comes on the same slim three-foot footprint, so the visibility costs you nothing in floor space.
Installs Without Tools
The cover pulls over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed — no clips, no fixings, no dismantling the hardware.
Changing artwork is a minutes-long job, so one frame can carry a different campaign to every event on the calendar.
Colour Stays Rich and Even Over Full Height
Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the premium stretch polyester, holding colour consistent across eight feet of face with no banding and no gloss patches under stage or hall lighting.
Both faces are printed, so an open or walkway position works from either direction — with matching artwork or two different messages.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU732 Display
This cover is cut and sewn for our 3' x 96" EuroFit wall display, SU732. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame height before ordering, since the 78" and 96" versions are not interchangeable.
