Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 3'W x 78"H EuroFit Wall — Double Sided Slip-On Cover, No Setup Charge
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 3' x 78" EuroFit tension fabric display, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and carry case are not included — order it to refresh a frame you already own rather than replacing the whole display.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference registration and breakout rooms, retail and mall promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and recruitment fairs. No setup charge applies.
Pillowcase Style Pulls On Effortlessly
The cover slides over the assembled frame and zips closed — no clips, no tools, no dismantling the hardware to change the artwork.
A swap takes minutes, which is what makes keeping several covers for one frame a genuinely practical way to work.
Three Feet Gives Room for a Message
Three feet of width is where a display stops being a logo panel and starts being able to carry a headline, a short list of benefits, or a product image at a readable size.
It is still a slim floor footprint, so you gain the print area without giving up meaningful booth space.
Different Graphics Each Side
Both faces are printed, and they do not have to match. Put the brand toward the aisle and the detail toward the stand, or run two campaigns on one panel.
In an open position that effectively doubles what a single panel does for you.
Dye-Sublimated on Premium Stretch Polyester
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than laid on the surface, so colours stay saturated, the face reads matte under lighting, and there is nothing to crack or peel.
The fabric tensions as the cover goes on, so creases from folding relax out without a steamer.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU731 Display
This cover is cut and sewn for our 3' x 78" EuroFit wall display, SU731. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame model before ordering.
