Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics 10'W x 8'H — Single-Sided, Pole Pocket Top and Bottom, No Setup Charge
A full 10' x 8' replacement graphic panel with pole pockets sewn along the top and bottom edges. Graphics only — hardware and carry bag are not included — so you can put a brand new backdrop on the frame already in your inventory.
Ideal for rebranding a booth, updating messaging between shows, replacing a damaged or faded panel, or carrying a second artwork set for a frame that works multiple events a year.
Pole Pocket Top and Bottom
Sewn pockets run along the top and bottom edges so the graphic slides directly onto your existing frame rails — no clips, no tools, no hardware changes.
Loading from both edges keeps the panel under even tension top to bottom, which is what produces a flat, taut backdrop instead of a sagging one.
Graphics Only — Hardware Not Included
You receive the printed 10' wide x 8' high fabric panel. The frame, base hardware, and carry bag are not included and are sold separately.
The frame is the durable half of a display investment, so replacing only the graphic is the least expensive way to keep a booth current — and it lets one frame carry different artwork to different events.
Single-Sided Print
This panel is printed on one face, which is the right specification for a backdrop positioned against a wall or pipe-and-drape where the reverse is never seen. If your display sits in an island booth or open floor plan with traffic on both sides, choose a double-sided graphic instead.
Premium Dye-Sublimated Tension Fabric
Artwork is dye-sublimated into premium polyester tension fabric for vibrant, high-resolution colour that will not crack, peel, or flake through repeated setups.
The fabric packs flat, shakes out wrinkle-free, and is flame retardant for indoor venue compliance. There is no setup charge on this graphic. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
