Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

2'W x 90"H EuroFit Tension Fabric Banner — Steel Base, Double Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
A slim free-standing tension fabric banner: aluminum push-button frame, weighted steel base, a double-sided printed sleeve that slips over the frame, and a padded carry case. Two feet wide and 90 inches tall, ready to assemble by hand with no setup charge.
Ideal for doorways and entrances, aisle ends, queue and wayfinding markers, reception and lobby corners, clinic and office waiting areas, retail floors, conference registration, and any spot too narrow for a full banner stand.
Two Feet Wide Goes Where Others Cannot
The narrow format is the point. It stands in a doorway, at the end of an aisle, beside a lift, or in the gap between two fixtures — positions where a wider display would block the route.
At 90 inches tall it still reads over standing head height, so a slim footprint costs you nothing in visibility.
The Steel Base Keeps It Standing
A tall narrow banner is the easiest kind to knock over, which is why this one sits on a weighted steel base rather than a light plastic foot.
In a doorway or a busy aisle — exactly where a slim banner earns its place — the base is what keeps it upright through a day of people brushing past.
Double-Sided Graphics as Standard
The printed sleeve carries artwork on both faces, so the banner works on traffic passing in either direction rather than only one.
You can run the same design front and back, or two different messages — one facing the entrance, the other facing the room.
Pillowcase Fit, Wrinkle Free
The graphic slips over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, so the premium stretch polyester tensions taut across the face.
That tension is what pulls folding creases out, meaning the banner can be packed in a case and still look flat and even on arrival.
Push-Button Frame, Padded Case, One Year Warranty
The aluminum frame assembles with push-button connectors — no tools, minutes by hand. A padded carry case is included and the hardware carries a one-year warranty. The same banner is made in 3' and 4' widths.
