Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Display Kit — 10'W x 8'H, Double Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
A complete ten-foot backwall: lightweight aluminum tube frame, double-sided printed tension fabric graphic, and a padded carry case. Sized to a standard inline booth and priced with no setup charge — one of our best-selling displays.

Built to the Standard Booth Width
Ten feet is the frontage of a standard inline exhibit space, so this wall fills your allotment corner to corner with one continuous graphic instead of two narrower banners with a gap between them.
At eight feet high the printed surface sits above the heads of everyone in the booth, which is what keeps your brand in every photograph taken of the stand.
Push-Button Frame, Minutes to Assemble
The aluminum tube frame uses push-button connections — the pieces only fit one way, they click, and the wall is standing. No tools, no hardware to lose, and no hired labour at venues where install time is billable.
The graphic pulls over the assembled frame like a sock and zips closed at the base, so the whole display goes up and comes down in minutes by one or two people.
Premium Polyester Stretches Wrinkle-Free
The graphic is dye-sublimated onto premium stretch polyester, tensioned over the frame so the printed face pulls taut and smooth with no visible seams, hardware, or hanging creases.
Sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, so colour is edge to edge and full bleed, the fabric packs flat and travels folded, and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel. It is also machine washable and flame retardant, which venues frequently ask about before load-in.
Printed Both Sides
The graphic is printed on both faces, so the wall works as a room divider, a corridor display, or an island position where visitors approach from behind as well as in front — not just as a backdrop against a curtain.
