Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

8'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Display Kit — Double-Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
One of our best-selling displays, and for good reason: an 8' x 8' branded wall is the perfect anchor for a compact booth, and this one goes up in minutes with full-colour graphics on both faces.
Ideal for 10' x 10' trade show booths, conferences, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo and video backdrops, corporate events, receptions, retail environments, and offices.
Sized to Anchor a Compact Booth
Eight feet square is the sweet spot for a standard 10' x 10' inline booth — it fills the back wall with branding while leaving room at the edges for a counter, literature stand, or banner.
It is also an excellent standalone media or interview wall, where an 8-foot square frames one or two people cleanly on camera without excess background.
Quick Push-Button Assembly
The lightweight aluminum frame uses push-button connections that lock together by hand — no tools, no loose fittings, and no guesswork about which pole goes where.
The whole wall goes from case to finished display in minutes, and breaks down just as quickly at the end of the show.
Full-Colour, Double-Sided Graphics
The pillowcase-style cover is dye-sublimated on both faces, slips over the frame, and zips closed for a clean, frameless look with no visible hardware.
Both sides face traffic, which matters in open floor plans and island booths. Each face can carry entirely different artwork — step-and-repeat on one, a photographic hero image, sponsor wall, or product message on the other.
Premium Polyester Fabric
Premium polyester tension fabric resists creasing, stretches taut over the frame, and shakes out smooth even after being folded in the case.
The cover is flame retardant for convention centre and indoor venue compliance, and a padded carry case is included to protect the frame and graphic between events.
