Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

8' Exhibitor Expanding Display Kit — Media Wall and Backdrop with Full Colour Graphics, No Setup Charge
A complete 8' x 8' media wall: an expanding aluminum frame on adjustable telescopic poles, a dye-sublimated full colour graphic, and a soft case with carry bag. Everything needed to put a branded backdrop behind a podium, a step-and-repeat, or a booth arrives in one order, with no setup charge.
Ideal for press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat photo backdrops, award ceremonies, product launches, trade show booths, conference stages, recruitment fairs, and retail and lobby activations.
A Media Wall Anchors the Whole Event
Behind a speaker or a photo line, the backdrop is the one element that appears in every photograph and every clip. Eight feet square fills the frame of a standard press shot without leaving venue wall visible at the edges.
That is the return on a media wall: the coverage keeps working long after the event, in every image that gets published.
Telescopic Poles Adjust to the Venue
The hardware is adjustable rather than fixed. Telescopic poles let you set the wall to the height a particular room, stage, or ceiling allows, so the same kit works in a hotel function room and a low-ceilinged studio.
The frame expands and collapses for transport, which is what makes an eight-foot wall a one-person job rather than a build.
Aluminum Frame, Heat and Corrosion Resistant
The frame is aluminum, treated to resist heat and corrosion — relevant for a display that gets set up under hot lights, packed away damp, and stored between events.
It is also light enough to carry and hand-assemble, so setup does not require tools or a crew.
Dye-Sublimated Graphics Stay Sharp on Camera
The graphic is printed by dye sublimation onto premium polyester, with the ink bonded into the fibres. Fabric reads matte under lighting rather than throwing back the glare that ruins a photograph taken against a laminated vinyl backdrop.
The fabric also tensions taut across the frame, so folding creases relax out and the wall photographs as a flat, even surface.
Case, Bag, and a Year of Warranty
A soft case and carry bag are included, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty. Replacement graphics are available separately, so the frame can carry a new campaign without being replaced. The same kit is available in 5' and 10' widths.
