Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

5' Exhibitor Expanding Display Kit — Media Wall and Backdrop with Full Colour Graphics, No Setup Charge
A complete 5' x 8' media wall: an expanding aluminum frame on adjustable telescopic poles, a dye-sublimated full colour graphic, and a soft case with carry bag. The compact width in the range, ready to hand-assemble, with no setup charge.
Ideal for interview and media backdrops, single-person photo positions, podium and lectern backing, small booths and tabletop-adjacent displays, clinic and office reception, showrooms, and venues where floor space is tight.
Sized for Compact Interview Spaces
Five feet is wide enough to fill the frame behind one person on camera and no wider — which is what makes it work in the corridors, side rooms, and corners where interviews actually get filmed.
It also fits where a ten-foot wall cannot go at all: beside a booth entrance, behind a lectern, or against a short stretch of wall in a lobby.
Adjustable Hardware Fits Varied Venues
The expanding frame and telescopic poles adjust to the height a given room allows, so one kit covers a run of venues with different ceilings and constraints.
Assembly is by hand with no tools, and the frame collapses into the included case for transport by one person.
Graphics That Stay Sharp on Camera
The graphic is dye-sublimated onto premium polyester. Fabric reads matte under lights rather than reflecting them, so a logo behind an interview subject stays legible instead of disappearing into a hotspot.
Tensioned on the frame, the fabric pulls flat and creases from packing relax out before the camera is switched on.
Warranty-Backed Aluminum Frame
The aluminum frame resists heat and corrosion and carries a one-year warranty, with a soft case and carry bag included. Replacement graphics are available separately, and the same kit is made in 8' and 10' widths for larger positions.
