Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Multifunction Tubular 2-Ply Winter Neck Gaiter — Polyester Microfleece
The winter version of our tubular neck gaiter — 2-ply bonded knit with a polyester outer shell to break the wind chill and a microfleece inner to hold warmth. Sublimated in full colour on both sides.
Ideal for delivery companies and couriers, construction and warehouses, outdoor work crews, skiing and snowboarding, motorcycling, winter races, volunteering, and team building.
Two Layers, Two Jobs
The 2-ply bonded construction is what makes this the cold-weather option: a polyester outer shell breaks the wind chill, and a microfleece lining traps warmth against the skin.
That is a meaningful difference for anyone working outdoors through a shift in winter — a single-layer gaiter cuts a draught, but it does not keep anyone warm.
One Product, a Dozen Ways to Wear It
The tubular shape has no fixed orientation, so it works as a face covering, neck gaiter, bandanna, neckerchief, headband, beanie, scarf, balaclava, or hairband.
Through fall and winter that flexibility gets used constantly — pulled up over the face in wind, down around the neck indoors, over the head under a helmet.
4-Way Stretch, Hemmed Edges
The 4-way stretch fabric moves in every direction for durability and comfort under repeated pulling, and hemmed edges give it a finished retail appearance. Moisture wicking, reusable, and fully washable.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Artwork is sublimated in full colour on both sides, so photography, gradients, patterns, camouflage prints, and multi-colour logos all reproduce cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and the print will not fade or flake with washing. Maximum imprint area is 9"W x 18"H on both sides. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications. Lightweight summer and standard hemmed versions are also available.
