Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Our largest mink flannel fleece blanket, 60" x 80" and printed full colour edge to edge across one face. At queen bed coverage this is a blanket rather than a throw — the size that ends up on a bed or across a sofa rather than folded in a cupboard.

A Large Canvas for Detailed Artwork
The print area is the biggest in our blanket range, so artwork that would be cramped on a stadium throw has room to breathe — a full crest, a photograph, a pattern, or a dated commemorative design.
Sublimation covers the full face with no border and no colour limit, and there are no colour change charges.
Ultra Plush on Both Faces
Mink flannel fleece is plush on both sides, so the blanket feels warm the moment it is unfolded rather than needing to be draped a particular way round.
Because the ink is sublimated into the fibres, the printed face stays as soft as the back — there is no stiff panel where the artwork sits, which is what happens with a screen-printed blanket.
Double Stitched Retail Hem
The edges are double stitched and hemmed to a retail standard, so the blanket holds its shape through washing and looks like merchandise someone bought rather than swag they were handed. Also available as a team blanket in the same size for clubs and fan programmes.
