Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Plush Mink Flannel Fleece Blanket — 30" x 60", Sublimated Edge to Edge, One Side
A 30" x 60" mink flannel fleece blanket, ultra plush on both faces and printed full colour edge to edge on one side. It is the stadium-friendly size in our mink range — the same fabric as the couch blanket, in a format built to be carried.
Ideal for stadium and tailgate giveaways, season ticket gifts, corporate and client gifts, employee recognition, conference welcome gifts, charity events and raffles, and retail merchandise.
Stadium Size Travels to Every Game
At 30" x 60" the blanket folds under an arm and fits in a bag, which is the practical test for anything meant to go to a cold fixture week after week.
It is also the easier size to distribute in volume: boxes stay manageable and the cost per unit stays sensible for a large handout.
Plush Both Sides, Warm Immediately
Mink flannel fleece is dense and deep-piled on both faces, so it feels warm the moment it goes over a lap rather than needing time to hold heat.
The unprinted reverse is just as soft as the printed side, and the fabric keeps that hand-feel through repeated washing.
Full-Colour Print, No Change Charges
Sublimation covers the entire face with no white border, so photography, patterns, and multi-colour designs all reproduce cleanly at no extra cost — there are no colour change charges.
Ink bonds into the fibres rather than sitting on top, so the printed area stays soft with nothing to crack or peel.
Double Stitched, Hemmed Retail Finish
The turned, double stitched hem resists unravelling through a season of use and washing, and gives the blanket the finished look of retail product. For a fuller couch size in the same fabric, our 50" x 60" mink flannel blanket is the larger option.
