Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.

Our best-value neck gaiter — a lightweight seamless tube with no side seams at all, sublimated in full colour on both sides. Comfortable in any climate, and the most economical way to put branding on a wearable.

No Side Seams
The tube is knitted seamless with no side seams, so there is nothing to rub against the neck or jaw during long wear.
It also means your artwork wraps the full circumference without a seam line interrupting it — a continuous print all the way round.
Lightweight and Comfortable in All Climates
The lightweight jersey fabric breathes well in heat and still cuts wind chill when doubled over, which is why it works across summer and shoulder seasons alike.
The tubular shape has no fixed orientation, so it works as a face covering, neck gaiter, bandanna, neckerchief, headband, wristband, beanie, scarf, balaclava, or hairband. Reusable and fully washable.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Artwork is sublimated in full colour on both sides, so photography, gradients, patterns, and multi-colour logos all reproduce cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and the print will not fade or flake with washing. Maximum imprint area is 9"W x 18"H on both sides. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications. Hemmed 4-way stretch and 2-ply winter versions are also available.
