Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Domestic Made Poplin Vest — Fully Sublimated Front and Back, Uniform, Volunteer and Safety Vest
A domestically made poplin vest sublimated across the full front and full back, finished with black piping trim. One garment that works as a uniform, a volunteer identifier, and a workplace safety vest.
Ideal for supermarket and retail uniforms, event parking and marshalling, event volunteers, workplace safety programmes, trade shows, workshops, and community events.
New 230gsm Premium Fabric
As of October 2025 this vest is made in our new premium fabric — a 230gsm brushed poplin that is softer to the touch, with more body and upgraded finishing.
On a garment that staff wear for a full shift, fabric weight and hand feel are what decide whether it gets worn properly or left on a hook.
Full Front and Full Back Sublimation
The whole garment is a print surface — full front and full back — so a role title, department name, safety instruction, or sponsor block can sit wherever it needs to be read from.
Dye sublimation creates sharp, vivid images that will not fade or flake, and a personalized message or logo can be built into the graphics as part of the design rather than applied on top of it.
Three Sizes, No 2XL/3XL Surcharge
The vest comes in S/M, L/XL, and 2XL/3XL, which covers a full volunteer roster or shop floor without a complicated size matrix to manage.
There is no surcharge on 2XL/3XL — every size is the same price, so nobody has to be told the larger size costs more.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Any PMS colour is available and colour count makes no difference to the price. High-visibility colour fields, photography, patterns, and multi-colour logos all reproduce cleanly. Maximum imprint area is the full front and full back. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
