Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Ultra Soft Microfleece Blanket — 30" x 60", Sublimated Edge to Edge, One Side
A 30" x 60" anti-pill microfleece blanket, printed full colour edge to edge on one face with no border. At 16oz it is light in the hand but genuinely warm, and soft fleece on both sides means the reverse feels as good as the printed face.
Ideal for sports team merchandise, fan giveaways, stadium and tailgate handouts, corporate gifts, employee recognition, charity and fundraising events, conference welcome gifts, and university and alumni programmes.
Anti-Pill Fleece Stays Smooth
The fleece is anti-pill, so it does not develop the matted, bobbled surface that makes a cheap promotional blanket look worn out after two washes.
That is the difference between a gift that stays in use for years and one that gets quietly retired to the garage — and your logo goes wherever the blanket goes.
Edge-to-Edge Print, No Border
Sublimation covers the full face of the blanket with no white margin, so a photograph, pattern, or full-bleed team design works as well as a centred logo.
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than printed on top, so the blanket stays completely soft where the artwork is — no stiff patch, nothing to crack or peel, and no colour change charges however many colours the design uses.
Light Enough for Volume Handouts
The 30" x 60" format is a personal size — wide enough to wrap in at a cold game, small enough to fold flat and stack.
That matters when you are shipping hundreds to an event: the boxes stay manageable and the cost per unit stays sensible. For a smaller giveaway, our 30" x 40" lap blanket packs even tighter.
Serged Edges, Retail Finish
The edges are serged for a clean, finished hem that resists fraying through repeated washing and use — so the blanket looks like retail merchandise rather than a printed offcut.
