Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.

1-Year Product Hardware Warranty
FIEL provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 1-Year Product Hardware Warranty.

What Is Covered?
The standard warranty is a one-year parts and labor warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.

Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Pull Up Banner — 33.5" x 79", Stand and Case Included
A complete retractable banner on our deluxe wide base: printed 33.5" x 79" sublimated fabric graphic, wide aluminum base, telescopic pole, and a soft padded carry case. Ready to pull up and stand, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences, retail and mall promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and busy public spaces where a banner gets brushed past all day.
The Wide Base Resists Tipping
The deluxe base is wider and heavier than a standard foot, keeping a 79-inch banner upright in mall concourses, busy aisles, and draughty doorways.
Heavy Sublimated Fabric Hangs Flat
The graphic is sublimated fabric at 290gsm and 600 denier — heavy enough to hang dead flat from the cassette with no curl at the edges and no ripple across the face.
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than printed on a vinyl face, so the banner reads matte under spotlights, resists creasing, and has nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
Water Resistant and Spot Cleanable
The surface is water resistant and scratch resistant, and marks spot clean with a damp cloth — the two things that most often retire a banner that travels for a living.
Padded Case and a Year of Warranty
A soft padded carry case is included to protect the base and cassette from dents.
The hardware is covered by a one-year warranty, and replacement graphics for this stand are available separately as SU652-5 — so the base can carry a new message each season.
