Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Microfiber Moisture Wicking Cooling Sports Suede Towel — 12" x 18", Sublimated Edge to Edge One Side
A 12" x 18" microfiber suede towel built for team sports — moisture wicking, cooling, and printed edge to edge in full colour. This one likes a good scrimmage, a regular season game, playoffs, and every other sweaty endeavour.

Moisture Wicking and Cooling
Microfiber suede pulls moisture away fast and dries quickly, so the towel keeps working through a full game rather than turning sodden in the first quarter.
The fast evaporation is also what gives it a cooling effect on skin — useful on a bench in summer, and the reason these get grabbed off the rack first.
Soft, Scratch Resistant, Zero Ink Feel
The suede face is soft and scratch resistant, so it can go on skin, on a face, or over glasses without any complaints.
Because the dye is bonded into the fibres there is zero ink feel — no stiff or raised patch where the artwork is, which is what separates a sublimated towel from a screen-printed one.

This towel was built to a price for team sports, which is what makes kitting out a full roster — or a whole tournament field — realistic rather than aspirational.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation creates sharp images that will not fade or flake after washing, in any PMS colour and with fine detail held cleanly.
