Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Microfiber Suede Shammy Golf Towel — 12" x 18", Nofold with Grommet and Hook, Sublimated Two Sides
A 12" x 18" microfiber Dri-Lite suede shammy golf towel, nofold, with a grommet and hook in one corner — printed edge to edge in full colour on both faces.
Ideal for golf courses and tournaments, corporate golf days, pro shop retail, sponsorship programmes, gyms and sports programmes, hotels and spas, and corporate gifts.
Both Faces Printed
A towel hanging off a bag turns constantly through a round, so a single printed side is facing away from view about half the time.
Printing both faces solves that, and the two sides do not have to match — a course or club logo on one and a tournament panel or sponsor row on the other is the usual split. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 18"H per side.
Microfiber Dri-Lite Suede Shammy
Microfiber suede works as a shammy — it lifts far more water than its size suggests and releases it quickly, so the towel is usable again a hole later.
On a wet course that is the difference between a working towel and a saturated one by the fourth green.
Soft and Scratch Resistant
The suede face is soft and will not scratch, so it can be used on club faces, shafts, grips, and ball surfaces as readily as on hands. There is zero ink feel on either printed side.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so club crests, course logos, tournament artwork, and sponsor rows all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, on one side or two, and the print will not fade or flake with washing. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications. A one-sided version is also available.
