Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Microfiber Moisture Wicking Cooling Sports Suede Towel — 12" x 18", Sublimated Two Sides
A 12" x 18" microfiber suede sports towel printed edge to edge in full colour on both sides. Built for team sports — scrimmages, regular season games, playoffs, and every other sweaty endeavour — and branded whichever way it lands.
Ideal for team sports and leagues, tournaments, team building events, gyms and fitness studios, camps, corporate events, and sponsorship programmes.
Two Printed Faces
A towel over a shoulder or around a neck shows both faces constantly, so a single printed side spends much of the game turned away from view.
Both sides carry full-colour artwork edge to edge here, and they do not have to match — a team crest on one and a sponsor panel, roster year, or hashtag on the other. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 18"H per side.
Moisture Wicking and Cooling
Microfiber suede pulls moisture away fast and dries quickly, so the towel keeps working through a full game rather than turning sodden early.
That fast evaporation is what gives it a cooling effect on skin — useful on a bench in summer heat.
Soft, Scratch Resistant, Zero Ink Feel
The suede face is soft and scratch resistant, and because the dye is bonded into the fibres there is zero ink feel — no stiff or raised patch where the artwork is, on either side.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation creates sharp images that will not fade or flake after washing, in any PMS colour and with fine detail held cleanly.
