Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Plush and Soft Velour Terry Cotton Blend Beach Towel — 35" x 60", Sublimated Edge to Edge
Our largest beach towel at 35" x 60", in plush velour terry cotton blend and sublimated edge to edge in full colour. Five inches wider than a standard beach towel, and it shows.
Ideal for beach and resort promotions, hotels and cruise programmes, sports and swim clubs, athletic events, product launches, executive gifts, and client gifting.
Extra Wide at 35"
Most beach towels are 30" wide. At 35" this one covers a lounger properly and gives an adult somewhere to lie down without half of them on the sand.
It is also the largest branded surface in the towel range — laid out flat on a beach or a pool deck, the artwork reads from a long way off.
Super Soft, Plush Feel
The cotton polyester velour terry blend has a sheared, plush face and a genuinely soft hand feel. Weight and softness are what recipients read as quality in a towel, before they consider anything printed on it.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully across the full face and holds fine detail, so photography, gradients, patterns, and multi-colour logos all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price — a full-bleed photographic design costs the same as a one-colour logo. Maximum imprint area is 35"W x 60"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Soft to the Touch, Built to Last
Ink bonded into the fibres keeps the printed area soft and absorbent with nothing to crack, peel, or scratch, and reinforced stitching handles sand, chlorine, salt water, and repeated laundering. Standard 30" x 60" and 24" x 48" sizes are also available.
