Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Gym, Workout and Fitness Towel in Plush Velour Terry Cotton Blend — 15" x 25", Sublimated One Side
A 15" x 25" gym towel with a soft velour front and a white cotton terry back, sublimated in full colour on the velour face. Traditional towel quality at the size that fits every piece of equipment in the room.
Ideal for gyms and fitness clubs, yoga and spin studios, athletic centres, spas and salons, hotels, corporate wellness programmes, product launches, and corporate gifts.
Velour Front, Cotton Terry Back
The two faces do different jobs: a smooth polyester velour front takes the sublimated print cleanly, and a white cotton terry back does the absorbing.
Your artwork is sublimated on the velour side only and the reverse remains white terry — that is what allows a photographic-quality logo on a towel that still works as a towel.
Sized for the Gym Floor
At 15" x 25" it drapes over an equipment rail, hangs on a bike, and folds into a bag without taking up the room a full bench towel does.
Because members bring it back session after session, your logo stays on the floor of your own facility — or in someone else's, if the towel is a sponsored giveaway.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so logos, photography, patterns, and sponsor blocks all print cleanly on the velour face.
Colour count makes no difference to the price. Maximum imprint area is 15"W x 25"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Soft, Absorbent, Built for Laundering
Velour terry is soft against skin, and because the ink is bonded into the fibres the printed area stays soft with nothing to crack, peel, or scratch. Reinforced stitching handles the constant washing a gym towel gets. Larger 24" x 48" and 30" x 60" sizes are also available.
