For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

At 14" x 14" x 20" this is the small-breed cut — it ties comfortably without swamping the dog or hanging low enough to be stepped on.

Serged Edges Resist Fraying
The edges are serged and stitched rather than cut, so they hold their shape through play, walks, washing, and everything else a dog does to fabric.
It also gives the piece a finished retail look, which matters if you are selling it rather than giving it away.
Edge-to-Edge Sublimation, Any Colours
Printing runs to all three edges with no border, and sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres so the fabric stays soft and nothing cracks or peels.
There are no colour change charges, so photographs, patterns, and multi-colour logos cost the same as a single-colour print.
