Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Wider Table Runner — 60" x 60", Covers the Front and Top of the Table
A wide printed runner, 60" x 60", that drapes over the table to cover the full top surface and the front drop. It fits 6', 8', and 10' tables, so one runner works across every table size a venue is likely to give you.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference registration, retail and mall promotions, product demonstrations, job and recruitment fairs, fundraisers, and hotel or lobby information tables.
Sixty Inches Covers More Table Face
At 60" wide this runner covers substantially more of the table than a standard 30" one — close to a full cloth across the front, but without committing to a fitted throw.
That makes it the choice when the front of the table is your main branding surface and you want it filled rather than accented.
One Runner, Any Table
Because it drapes rather than fits, the same runner works on a 6', 8', or 10' table — useful when you do not know what the venue will supply until you arrive.
Layer it over a plain black or white cloth and you have a branded table at any size, without owning three fitted covers.
Rolled Edge, Retail Finish
The edges are finished with a rolled hem, which keeps the runner hanging straight and reads as a finished retail product rather than a cut panel of fabric.
It is a small detail that shows at close range — and a table runner is only ever seen at close range.
Washable, Wrinkle Resistant, Fire Retardant
Printed on 100% polyester by dye sublimation, so the ink is bonded into the fibres and nothing cracks or peels. The runner is machine washable, wrinkle resistant, and fire retardant — the last of which many convention centres and indoor venues require before load-in.
