Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Box Style Fitted Table Cloth for 8' Tables — Four-Sided, Closed Back
A fitted box-style cover for a standard 8' table, four-sided with a closed back and fully sublimated. Eight feet of straight panels and square corners — the tailored look a draped throw cannot produce.
Ideal for trade shows and exhibitions, conferences, presentations, retail stores, school functions, fundraisers, registration desks, job fairs, and community events.
Box Style: Tailored, Not Draped
The box cut is fitted to the table's dimensions, so panels hang straight and corners stay square instead of pooling and gathering at the floor.
Over an 8' span that keeps your artwork flat and undistorted rather than folding into the drape, and there is no excess fabric underfoot in a busy booth.
Four-Sided, Closed Back
All four sides are covered and the back is closed, concealing boxes, cases, stock, and cabling — suitable for island booths, centre-floor tables, and any layout where attendees can walk behind you.
Full-Colour Sublimation Across the Entire Cloth
Artwork is dye-sublimated across the whole cover, so photography, patterns, colour fields, and full-bleed backgrounds run continuously across the top and all four panels.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and ink bonded into the fibres will not crack or peel. Maximum imprint area is 96" x 30" x 29" x 29". See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Flame Retardant for Exhibit Halls
The polyester is flame retardant and compliant for exhibit hall use — a requirement at most convention centres, universities, and indoor venues.
Machine Washable and Easy to Travel With
Machine washable, wrinkle resistant, and light enough to fold into a case, so it can be reused show after show and still look pressed on arrival. A 6' version and a premium heavier brushed-fabric version are also available.
