Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Team Towel in Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry — 15" x 25", Sublimated Sports Towel
A 15" x 25" sports towel in microfiber Dri-Lite terry, printed edge to edge in full colour, with the option to personalise each towel with a player name or number.
Ideal for sports teams and clubs, swim and track squads, hockey and basketball benches, school and university athletics, tournament gifts, fundraisers, and end-of-season awards.
Name and Number Personalisation
Each towel can carry an individual player name or number alongside the team artwork, which turns a bulk order of identical towels into something each athlete recognises as theirs.
It also solves the practical problem of a bench full of matching towels — the named ones come home with the right player.
Team Colours, Edge to Edge
Sublimation prints the full face of the towel with no border and no colour limit, so club colours, crests, and sponsor marks all reproduce properly rather than being simplified to fit a screen count.
There are no colour change charges, so a multi-colour crest costs no more than a single-colour one.
Quick Drying for Active Use
The towel is 100% polyester microfiber Dri-Lite terry at a 2.5 lb weight — highly absorbent and fast drying, which is what a towel needs when it goes back in a bag ten minutes after being used.
Because the ink is bonded into the fibres, the printed area stays soft and absorbent instead of becoming the stiff, water-repelling patch a screen print leaves behind.
Survives the Locker Room
Reinforced stitching around the edges stands up to a full season of hard use and repeated washing — the two things that finish off a cheap towel before the playoffs.
