Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

An Ultra-Soft Mink Finish
The mink flannel fleece has a dense, brushed hand that feels closer to a premium retail scarf than a promotional item — which is the whole difference between something worn and something put in a drawer.

Six by Sixty — The Merchandise Proportion

Edge-to-Edge Sublimation, Full Length
Printing runs edge to edge across the entire 60-inch face, so there is no white margin and no limit on where the design can sit. Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on top.
That means the print does not stiffen the fabric, crack, or wash out — the scarf stays as soft after laundering as it was on delivery.
Hemmed Edges, Personalization Available
All edges are hemmed for a clean finished look, with no fringe to tangle or fray.
Individual personalization is available — names, numbers, graduation years, or roster details — so a single order can be produced as a set of individual gifts rather than a stack of identical ones.
