Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Custom Mink Scarf — 6" x 60", Ultra-Soft Premium Finish, Two-Sided Sublimation
A custom-printed mink flannel scarf, 6 inches by 60 inches, with artwork sublimated edge to edge on both faces. Hemmed on all sides, no fringe. Minimum order quantity is 12.
Ideal for team and supporter merchandise, university and alumni gifts, conference and sponsor giveaways, staff appreciation, seasonal client gifts, fundraisers, weddings and graduations, and retail merchandise programmes.
Two Sides Double the Design
Printing both faces means the two halves of the design do not have to match — a crest on one side and a wordmark on the other, home and away colourways, or a sponsor face and a team face.
It also removes the risk that a worn scarf ends up showing its blank side. However it is draped, wrapped, or held up, there is artwork facing out.
Ultra-Soft Mink Flannel
The mink flannel fleece has a dense, brushed hand closer to premium retail than promotional stock — the kind of item people put on rather than put away.
That matters for return on a merchandise budget: a scarf worn through a season carries your brand far longer than a giveaway that never leaves the drawer.
Edge-to-Edge Sublimation, Both Faces
Printing runs edge to edge across the full 60-inch length on each side, with no white margin. Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface.
The print adds no stiffness and will not crack or wash out, so the scarf stays as soft after laundering as it was new.
Hemmed Edges, Personalization Available
All edges are hemmed for a clean finished look, with no fringe to tangle or fray.
Individual personalization is available — names, numbers, graduation years, or roster details — so one order can be produced as a set of individual gifts rather than a stack of identical ones.
