Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Stretch Curved Fit Table Throw for 6' Table — 4-Sided, Closed Back
A stretch-fit table throw cut for a standard 6-foot table, covering all four sides with a closed back. The 87% polyester / 13% spandex blend at 260gsm pulls taut over the table and the corners curve smoothly, giving a tailored, upholstered look rather than a draped cloth.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference registration, product launches, retail and mall promotions, corporate receptions, showrooms, and any table that will be photographed or stands in front of an audience.
Two-Way Stretch, Tight and Sleek
The spandex content lets the fabric stretch in both directions, so it grips the table and holds a smooth face with no sag along the front edge and no loose fabric pooling at the floor.
A draped cloth reads as a covered table. A stretch throw reads as a fixture — the same difference between a cloth thrown over a trestle and a purpose-built counter.
Leg Pockets Hold It in Position
Pockets at each corner slip over the table legs, which is what keeps the throw square and tensioned through a full day of people leaning on it and reaching across it.
Fitted once at setup, it does not need straightening again — no clips, no tape, no adjusting between visitors.
Closed Back Conceals Everything Underneath
All four sides are covered, so boxes, cases, cables, coats, and stock stored under the table are completely out of sight.
Choose this version when the table sits in the open or is viewed from behind. If staff need to reach storage from the back through the day, our open-back version is the better fit.
Full Sublimation, Machine Washable
Printing is by dye sublimation across the entire throw, with the ink bonded into the fibres — so colour stays saturated and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
The blend is machine washable and wrinkle resistant, and springs back to shape after being packed, so it comes out of a case ready to use without ironing.
