Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Square Bandana — 22" x 22", Sublimated Edge to Edge, One Side
Our best-selling bandana format: a 22" square in soft woven polyester, printed full colour edge to edge on one side with serged edges. No limit on print colours and no colour change charges.
Ideal for sports teams and supporters, festivals and concerts, charity runs and walks, corporate events and staff kits, schools and universities, promotional giveaways, retail merchandise, and pet-friendly events.
The Square Is the Versatile One
A 22" square folds into a triangle, a headband, a face covering, a neck scarf, or a wrist wrap — and folds flat again for a pocket.
That range of use is why the square outsells the shaped formats: whoever receives it finds a way to wear it, which is more than most giveaways manage.
Edge-to-Edge Colour, No Colour Limit
Sublimation prints right to the hem with no white border, so pattern, photography, and full-bleed brand colour all work at this size.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, so a detailed all-over design costs the same to produce as a single-colour logo.
Soft Woven Polyester
The fabric is soft against skin from the first wear, which matters for something worn on the head or around the neck for hours.
Ink bonded into the fibres means no stiff printed patch and nothing to crack or peel with washing and repeated wear.
Serged Edges Look Retail
The hem is serged all the way round, which stops fraying and gives the piece a finished retail appearance — the difference between a giveaway and something that can be sold at a merchandise stand.
